Reservations cannot be made by phone or email.\n\nIf you have any questions about reservations, feel free to contact us. After making a reservation, you will receive a confirmation email from our system. This email contains the date and time of your booking.\n\nIf you do not receive this email, please contact our location, as your reservation may not have been completed successfully. You can choose to pay everything online, pay on-site, receive an invoice, or pay using a gift voucher purchased from us.\n\nIf you choose to pay \u201con-site,\u201d a deposit is required. A valid credit or debit card is needed for this. Please note that we do not accept American Express.\n\nThe deposit amount equals the current price for 1 player per room (\u20ac30 as of 2019) and will be deducted from the total amount due when you arrive to play. The minimum number of players is 2.\n\nWe do not recommend having more than 6 players in a room, as it can become crowded and may reduce the overall experience. We recommend our escape rooms for ages 14 and up, but everyone is welcome to play.\n\nFor children aged 14 and under, a parent or guardian must be present at arrival and when the teams leave, although the guardian does not need to participate in the game. We also need to be able to quickly contact someone in case anything happens.\n\nSome rooms are more suitable for younger players. Life Sentence and Bunker are great choices for a younger audience.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Our rooms in Veenendaal are located on the first floor and are only accessible by stairs. Unfortunately, this makes them less accessible for wheelchair users.\n\nPregnant women can still enjoy our games, as they are not physically demanding and do not include fear or horror elements. There are also seating options available inside the rooms if a team member needs to rest for a moment.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

We are open from Thursday through Sunday, from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM.\n\nPlease arrive 15 minutes before the time listed on the booking page for the introduction. The games start exactly at the scheduled time shown on the booking page, and if you arrive late, the game will begin without you.\n\nWe operate on a strict schedule, so the times on the website are fixed.\n\nA game lasts up to 60 minutes, and the entire visit takes approximately 90 minutes.
