We have 3 rooms on the first floor above Kings & Queens Veenendaal: Life Sentence, Tesla’s Mystery, and Mastermind. We can accommodate up to 18 players per hour, divided across 3 different escape rooms.

You are just a few clicks away from making your reservation. Here on our website, you will find all the information you need about our escape rooms and can easily book your game. Reservations cannot be made by phone or email. If you have any questions about reservations, feel free to contact us. After making a reservation, you will receive a confirmation email from our system. This email contains the date and time of your booking. If you do not receive this email, please contact our location, as your reservation may not have been completed successfully. A game is not guaranteed until you receive the confirmation email.

The price is €30 per player for groups of 3 or more players. For each additional player, an extra €10 is added. For 2 players, the price is €75. Keep an eye on our social media for discounts, special blue time slots on our reservation page, and offers during holidays and events.

You can choose to pay everything online, pay on-site, receive an invoice, or pay using a gift voucher purchased from us. If you choose to pay “on-site,” a deposit is required. A valid credit or debit card is needed for this. Please note that we do not accept American Express. The deposit amount equals the current price for 1 player per room (€30 as of 2019) and will be deducted from the total amount due when you arrive to play. This amount is reserved on your card and will only be charged 48 hours before the scheduled game start time. This allows you to modify or cancel your booking without being charged the deposit before that time. Invoices are sent in the month after you have played, and we make sure the invoice reflects the actual number of players who participated. To use a gift voucher as payment, select “Pay on-site” and enter your voucher code in the field called “Discount code,” then click “Voucher” to activate it.

If you choose to pay on-site or by invoice, you may cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the game starts. In that case, the deposit will not be charged to your card. You may reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before your game begins. If you pay for the experience online in advance, we do NOT offer refunds, including for individual players who do not participate. However, you may choose to reschedule your game up to 24 hours before the start time by contacting us. We will then send you a voucher equal to the value of your booked game, allowing you to make a new reservation yourself. Our escape rooms are designed for groups of up to 6 players. The minimum number of players is 2. We do not recommend having more than 6 players in a room, as it can become crowded and may reduce the overall experience. However, if you have special requests, please feel free to contact us. If you need to book for more than 6 people, you can use the “Reserve Multiple Escape Rooms” option. This allows you to select multiple rooms at the same time and enter your reservation details only once, making the booking process much easier and faster for larger groups.

All of our rooms, including the instructions and explanations, are presented in Dutch. If an English-speaking player is present, the introduction can be given in English, but this cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us in advance if you specifically require the introduction in English.

We recommend our escape rooms for ages 14 and up, but everyone is welcome to play. For children aged 14 and under, a parent or guardian must be present at arrival and when the teams leave, although the guardian does not need to participate in the game. We also need to be able to quickly contact someone in case anything happens. Some rooms are more suitable for younger players. Life Sentence and Bunker are great choices for a younger audience.

Our rooms in Veenendaal are located on the first floor and are only accessible by stairs. Unfortunately, this makes them less accessible for wheelchair users. Pregnant women can still enjoy our games, as they are not physically demanding and do not include fear or horror elements. There are also seating options available inside the rooms if a team member needs to rest for a moment.

We are open from Thursday through Sunday, from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Please arrive 15 minutes before the time listed on the booking page for the introduction. The games start exactly at the scheduled time shown on the booking page, and if you arrive late, the game will begin without you. We operate on a strict schedule, so the times on the website are fixed. A game lasts up to 60 minutes, and the entire visit takes approximately 90 minutes.
